information management tool through database connectivity!

While there may be other applications, which allow limited
database access or work only with a specific database structures,
GeniusConnect can be used with any of the most commonly used database
systems.
GeniusConnect will synchronize Outlook®
data with any relational database that supports ODBC (MS Access, mySQL, MS SQL
Server, Oracle etc.).
An Outlook® folder (Calendar, Contacts*, Mail, Journal, Notes and Tasks) can be
linked to a database table.
You can use your own table structure and define conversions for columns with
data type's that are not compatible with an Outlook® field.
It is possible to use
GeniusConnect on multiple Outlook® or Exchange®
folders and multiple databases.

GeniusConnect is an
Outlook® Add-On and becomes an integral part of Outlook® after installation.
GeniusConnect adds a new toolbar to Microsoft® Outlook® with
buttons specific for synchronizing data and configuring GeniusConnect.
*If you are using Microsoft®
Outlook® 2000, only Contact folders are supported.

How many licenses do I need?
Per user/personal folders installation:
You need a license per PC and Outlook Mailbox
(This can be Outlook personal folder file .pst , Microsoft Exchange user
Mailbox or any other "Personal" Mailbox )
Please note:
If you need more then 5 Business licenses, it is cheaper to purchase a
MultiUser license!
Public Folders:
To use GeniusConnect on Public Folders you need a MultiUser
license.
You can use one MultiUser license for up to 25 users. Number of licenses
depends on number of users using the public folder(s).
For example if you have 30 users using the synchronized public folder(s)
you need two MultiUser licenses, etc..
Multiple accounts sync from one install(Dedicated install-MS
Exchange):
To use "Dedicated install" you need a MultiUser license.
You can use one MultiUser license to synchronize up to 25 user mailboxes.
