I can not see the folder list in Public ShareFolder Server, as special if Microsoft Exchange Server is/was installed on the server machine.

Outlook on the Windows server cannot be opened.

After opening the PSF server, the server indicates deactivated profiles.

The Microsoft Exchange server is installed on the server machine.

Solution:

Search for "mapi32.dll" in the folder:

C:\Program files\common files and folder\system\Mapi\1033
(1033 is the language code, so in your Windows it could be a different number)

Copy this "mapi32.dll" into the program directory of the server:

C:\Programs\Public ShareFolder\servers

Close Outlook and close Public ShareFolder Server program

Restart Outlook and the Public ShareFolder Server program

Now, you must see the folder list of your installed Outlook profile in Public ShareFolder Server.
