Dell Inspiron 535 will not turn on?
I have a Dell Inspiron 535 desktop computer. It is a little over a year old now and today when I was on the internet and it just shut off. Now when I try to turn it back on the power light turns orange and nothing nothing shows up on the screen. I was wondering if anyone had a solution to this problem, and bear in mind that I have no real experience with external maitenence on a computer so be as specific as possible.
Answer:
Maybe your cpu overheated.
Usually the bios has a safe option to set when the cpu gets to a certain temperature the computer shuts off so that your cpu doesn't burn out.
Wait until it cools down (24 hours) and try turning it back on again.
To access your bios, start up your computer and keep hitting one of the keys "delete key, F8, F9, F10, F12" (I forgot which key it was)
