Technical Support for Public ShareFolder for purchases not made through Emerald City Computer Solutions is $120.00 per hour.

When purchasing from our online store, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email.  We will process your payment and email you your full license registration number as soon as it is created.  (This could take up to 24 hours if ordered Monday through Friday.)  If you do not receive a license code with 3 business days please call 206.932.6618.  If you need a fully functioning 15 day temporary license (with no 4 hour interruptions) email psfsales@eccs-seattle.com with the text "temporary license" in the subject line.
