When and how does the product get delivered after purchase?

Our order processing begins immediately once you have placed your order.  It can take up to 24 hours for us to receive your new full license key from Germany.  Once we do receive this key we send it to you with instructions for entering it into your system.

Because of this time lag, you may need a temporary code to keep you operational while you are waiting for your full license.  Please send us an email to psfsales@eccs-seattle.com and request this temporary license and we will respond as quickly as possible to keep you running!
