Dell 5210n Printer - A Printer Made With Your Office In Mind
The Dell 5210n laser printer and its associated Dell 5210n Printer Toner Cartridge cartridge are made to work together to provide printing services to networked workgroups. It combines high-speed print output with good-quality printing quality at a list price well under a thousand dollars.
How Much Can it Print? While the standard 250 sheet tray is acceptable for normal duties, you might consider adding a few optional trays to up its storage capacity. This is because it can actually hold over 2600 pages if set up right. Pair that up with its 200,000 page per month duty cycle, and chances are you won't see too much of the printer maintenance man. Indeed, the Dell 5210n acts like a team of tireless horses, pulling your print jobs along with little effort. All in all, this is a good unit for mid-size networked workgroups.
Connecting the Dell 5210n. The printer comes standard with USB 2.0 and 10/100 Ethernet ports, which is pretty unremarkable. However, it also has the ability when using its optional wireless 802.11 network adaptor to almost eliminate every cord or cable from the equation. Because of the variety of interface ports on the printer, it can be pretty ease to hook up, too.
Service and Toner Cartridges. The Dell 5210n comes standard with a Dell 5210n laser toner cartridge of 10,000 page capacity. Also, Dell includes 1 year of 24/7 on-site "as needed" service, which can be extended an extra 4 more years, for a charge.
Summing it Up. This printer makes a good candidate for mid-size network workgroups. The 5210n Printer has a wide variety of interface ports which make it easy to integrate into most any network in a short amount of time, which tends to make IT folks happy. There are also higher capacity Dell Toner Cartridge cartridges which can put out over 20,000 pages, too.
