YES but I would recommend 2 gb of RAM over 1, it really is resource intensive OS and 2 gigabytes of Ram is recommended though 1 gig will work.
I assume you have at least a 1.5 Ghz processor or faster yes? If not then you will have problem running Vista any edition on it. You need at least 1.5 Ghz processing and 2 GB Ram.
The rest will work fine, 300 is a bit on the low side and Id again recommend a 450 but it will work for you if the other two are up to spec.
