No. Dell just had a sale the other day for the same computer but it was a Vostro computer for $399.00 almost exact same specs. 19 inch LCD, Windows XP Home and no Office. Upgrade to XP Pro was $99 didn't check on Office though.
I would wait for a special. I can build the same computer for less money but it would not have the MicroATX (very small) case and/or 3 yr warranty.
