As I'm sure you already know, the GTS 450 is a dual slot card. It doesn't actually connect to two slots on the motherboard, it just physically occupies the space of two cards and will use two expansion slots in the back of your systems case.
Dual slot cards are right at 1.5" wide and the length and height of that card are 8.54 inches x 4.37 inches.

You have the slot and power supply for it, and now you have the dimensions of the card so you should be able to measure inside your case to make sure you have the room for it.
