Unfortunately the cpu in that model is obsolete and is a very weak slow processor. No, it will not play your games. If you want to play games on a laptop you are usually looking at having to spend quite a bit of money, but it all depends on the games you want to play. If looking to play older less demanding games, you can get by with something that has hybrid graphics this will save you some money. If looking to play the latest and greatest games you would need something with dedicated graphics. You will also need something with at least an Intel Core i5 or an AMD Phenom in it.
