I am planning on buyin the the Dell Precision T5400 and i was wondering if I should go for the 32bit or 64bit. The config. is listed below:

well, as others have said, 64bit is faster, but sometimes have compatibility issues with drivers and software. on the other hand, 32bit is slower, but is more compatible with legacy drivers/software
it looks like ur config is a server, so u might want to go with 32bit is you are managing a large network to insure that everything works
