you're getting memory confused with storage. that dell has 2 gigs of memory, you have 4 gigs of memory. the dell has 1 tb of hdd space, not sure what you have but hdds are dirt cheap. honestly, those are abut the same. the xps has 2 gigs of ram and a 1.9 core 2 duo, thats pretty weak.
